No problems here..........
Paid for the upgrade from 3.7.x to 5.0.0, downloaded the new version, installed new version, went into iLok manager and activated the license, moved it to my physical iLok, launched the Renderer, all working fine. Not clear why we have to give up the old license, that seems daft. Dominic

Just be careful if you are running Dolby Atmos Music Assembler, it is NOT compatible with ver 5.0. They need to update Assembler to work with new Renderer. I can not find any reason why would they release 5.0 and not follow assembler update...it can not work without a renderer?! __

I purchased the Dolby Atmos Production Suite with the Educational discount on 23rd of March. I should be able to upgrade to the Dolby Atmos Renderer V5.0 but I cant surrender the licence in my iLok account. Furthermore, I can only use Dolby Atmos Renderer v3.5 and not even v3.7. How an I fix this licence issue?

Having tried to upgrade from an educational license to a full license of the Atmos Production Suite is there a way to do this through the Avid Store.
I have a full license in the avid system cart to add to my iLok account but get the following Heading to checkout...
