Anti Saturation
Hi,
So my friend just sent me some of his rap recorded tracks, most of em are saturated, is there any plug in that could help me get rid of this saturation? Thanks in advance |

Re: Anti Saturation
Saturation or clipping the waveform?
There are some ways to help out a clipped wave (izotope RX can work wonders) But if the endemic sound is one of distortion, I don't know of anyway to change it after the fact. kasper |

Re: Anti Saturation
It has the non wanted saturation sound like in the guitar or kanye west songs.
Don't know if I can call it distortion |

Re: Anti Saturation
I'm still not sure what you have but if it sounds like an overdriven guitar, it's probably not fixable, as it's part of the sound.
If you zoom way in, look at the waveform, if the peaks are clipped (squared off), that can be fixed to some degree. kasper |
