New Activation won't appear under "My Products" list

Hi everyone!

I purchased a Pro Tools license, I opened "My products" panel at my.avid.com and I entered the activation code.
But the product won't appear on "My Products" list.
That was 5 days ago.

I reported the problem to Avid registration support team (5 days ago) but I got no response [case number: 04161283]

Do you guys have any suggestion of how I should proceed from this point?

Hi and Welcome

I will escalate this now to Support so they can fix this or help you find the license asap. Have you looked under products not yet downloaded and also you need to transfer the license from your ilok account to your ilok key.

FYI:
1) There's nothing under "Products not yet downloaded".
2) The license won't appear on my ilok account.

Please click Select upgrade options for the first Perpetual Product listed to select the license you are surrendering to complete the upgrade.
