Default done all the recommendations ..still get "not valid audio volume" error

reformatted, repaired permissions etc etc as per knowledge base

[B].... still cannot open .ptf[/B

Mac Book Pro

Intel 2.2 Ghz Core 2 Duo

Mac OS 10.5.8

Digidesign or M-Audio hardware model

Firewire Solo

Pro Tools version

M-Audio 7.1

Amount of RAM installed

2GB

Lacie firewire 120GB

Mac OS extended

3' prong firewire cable
