Control|24 and ProControl with Pro Tools 11?

I would be willing to pay for a driver to get my ProControls to work with PT11.

If we all paid $25-50 Avid would have a nice chunk of change.

As I've stated in this thread previously, I would pay $500 to keep my Control 24 compatible with PT11+. Maybe the numbers don't pencil out for Avid regardless of what we're willing to pay, but we don't know, because they ain't talkin'...

Yes, I'm ready to pay $500 as well. I have no idea how much it would cost to write the drivers but it doesn't matter.

Also, if AVID can make money out of this situation, it's all good because we would support the company and keep using Pro Tools!

Yes we are "happy" to pay Avid and that will then generate PT11 software and hardware upgrades.

Sounds like a positive business opportunity!!

Pity that Avid don't want to comment....

Note see that Avid updated the Eucon to V3 so they are doing some new controller work , but pro tool expert say it is not much of an upgrade as the plugin don't map well, pity

You all are certainly entitled to your opinions but I think it's insane to expect us to pay more just to keep our Control 24's working with PT11. This is like ransom. Avid already took away our CPTK that we paid dearly for.

100% agree. "Please take another $500 to keep my perfectly working, very expensive investment working, after you axed it" ??
