This is still happening for me in 2022.7 . Its like a lightening flash all through the program.
I do not have pro tools in full screen so I can see the dock and the menu bar when this happens and there is no flickering on either. It only happens inside "pro" tools MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018) 2.9 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i9 16 GB 2400 MHz DDR4 MacOs Monterey 12.5.1 (21G83) Focusrite 2i2 3rd gen Wooden Desk Some Guitars Made in various places Synths

I've got an ultrawide 1440p monitor, and it seems that Macs aren't optimised for it. I messed around with BetterDisplay and when my screen worked as it should the graphics glitches went away.
