is HEAT included and HOW to enable it?

Thanks for the heads-up Darryl.

I have a perpetual PT Studio license, it dawned on me recently that I'd never tried HEAT - I've been shelling out for saturation plugins, oblivious to the fact it's been lurking there all along.

As I understand it, it was written by one of the best techs there was (RIP Dave Hill).

I wonder if I have access to it (2022.7)? I'll check it out shortly.

As mentioned before, go to Options>Activate Heat.

To get it to show on the mixer; at bottom left of mix window (just to the right of the 'Groups' box) click on the arrow on the 'Mix Window View Selector' and tick the Heat box.

It'll then show up at top of channel strip.

I'm on 2024.6 so YMMV.
