LOOKING MacOS 10.13.0 High Sierra OS Installer

IM looking for MacOS 10.13.0 High Sierra, or 10.13.1 OS Installer +++++++++not 10.13.6

trying to run ON 3.2 QUAD MID 2010 MACPRO5,1 WITH PTHD 2018.4 OR 12.8.3
CANT FIND ANY WHERE

Older macOS installers can be retrieved from the app store using Safari:

Why do you need such an early revision of High Sierra may I ask?

that links only for os 10.13.6 need 10.13.0 to upgrade 10.13.2 for PT 2018.4 or 12.8.3 I even call apple no help.......there a few plug that wont fly, that I need like Trigger 2 - sooth 2 (failed to load not vaild 64 bit AAX plugin) thay told me to get High Sierra OS....... any help would be awesome with this
been looking for weeks tryed to buy on ebay no luck

Those older installers most likely will not mount.
Apple used to not issue/post older macOS installers but they reversed course because older installers (even saved away) stopped mounting and would come up as "corrupt". Most likely reason is an expired certificate. So then Apple made available repacked installers. So even if you get a 10.3.0 installer, it might not work.

If that happens, you might try taking the computer offline and changing the date/time. Then, if your install is successful, set your time back to the correct one after installation.

I love that time-travel date change idea, very cool.

Also, I'm not sure what happened with the OP's 5,1 but there should also be a "Recovery Mode" available. Restarting with "Command-r" should give you the option to reinstall the system on the drive's main partition - although I'm not sure which OS you'd end up with.

Are you saying that 10.13.2 will work but not 10.13.6? That seems unlikely to me. Are you sure that is the case?
Also, what about going down to Sierra? 10.12?
