It's seems like I can create buses and setup some form of a cue mix, but it just is'nt working the way I want it too.

Can you tell me the proper way on setting up a cue mix,
thank you
Well, that is the proper way to set up individual cue mixes within PT. Each track has 5 sends, so it's possible to set up 5 different cue mixes within the software, in addition to the monitor mix. It's feasible if you bother to learn about creating a memory "scene" for controlling the cue mixes.

From there, you can connect the 002 outputs to a multi-channel headphone amp. The Presonus Central Station has 2 outputs (cue and main), and so would only provide volume control of 2 headphone mixes (and you'd forego the ability to listen to a monitor mix). The Central Station is intended to control monitors, not headphone mixes. Behringer makes an adequate 4 channel headphone amp.

Each track has 10 sends actually.

Which means you can view two small faders on each track for quick and easy cue mixes.

Ah you're right. I think I knew that, but never needed that many. Carry on.

So it seems like I want the Presonus for the wrong reasons?
Or do you see anything useful that I can use with that piece of gear?

Thanks for the help fellas

So.........

1/4 M to 1/4 M plug coming out of the front headphone jack of the 002 rack, into this and then plug in each headphone and control them like this individually

Will this work like this?

1/4" TRS that is.

but all of those headphones will receive the same signal, which may or may not be what you want.

True but I could at least control each volume.

I just don't have the money right now for the Presonus so I'm looking for a cheaper alternative, unless someone can suggest something better

Presonus HP 4 ($149) + 4 1/4"TRS cables (~$60)

gives you 2 separate headphone mixes and 4 headphone amps.

I just took a look at that piece of gear.

http://www.sweetwater.com/images/clo...4_img_rear.jpg
http://www.sweetwater.com/images/clo..._img_front.jpg

So it seems like I can use this piece of gear as an Headphone amp as well as a monitor matrix

4 headphones amps in the front and the back has input monitoring....
Bt than it would'nt work like that because the 002 only has 1 dedicated monitor volume

I'm getting really confused now......

Basically what I want is an headphone amp, and a monitor matrix

help me out
peace
