Default How far is too far?

Is there anyone out there who has hit the wall, or has advice on upgrading thier AGP G4 with an MBox system?

I am currently running 6.4LE under 10.3.5 on a:

AGP graphics G4(400mhz originally) with an OWC 1.4 ghz Processor 1.5 gb ram,
plenty HD, space.

Will PT7 run on this machine under 10.4? I ask this because it is hard to decipher Digi's official qualification page since they understandably do not address processor uppgrade cards.

would 6.7 or 6.9 be a better final destination for this Box?

You don't say what you're using for storage (stock=slow), but with your current setup I'd say unless you run into some unknown software/driver issue Tiger/PTLE 7 should be useable as long as you don't need a lot of processor/RAM intensive stuff. It ain't gonna be no MDD or G5 though.

You could always backup your current system, install Tiger/7, and let us know how it goes.
