PT 9 on Lion 10.7.5 - Avid Pro Audio Community

PT 9 on Lion 10.7.5

I've just bought a new mac running 10.7.5 Lion, and have transferred over all info from previous MacBook running SL.
I was running 9.0.5 having originally bought the DVD's for 9 and then run the subsequent installers over time.
On Lion PT wont run at the moment. Do I just install 9.0.6 or do I have to start again from the DVD's, then 9.0.5 and then the updater 9.0.6?

The instructions on the Avid site are not very clear.

Also when something says "clean install" do I have to delete everything else first or will it write over?
