Xpand Not working in PT 7.4
I have just updated to PT 7.4 and Xpand is not working properly. I can insert it into an instrument track, but it won't load any of the sounds, just some wierd letters. MIDI goes in, but no sound comes out. Did I inadvertantly do something when I updated, the instructions clearly said to uninstall 7.3, but maybe I screwed something up.

Re: Xpand Not working in PT 7.4
Not enough info to go on. What system are you using? I had no problems when I did my upgrade, so there's nothing inherent in 7.4 that interferes with Xpand.
You could try uninstalling and re-installing Xpand.

Re: Xpand Not working in PT 7.4
I didn't encounter any issues updating. As said before, try to re-install Xpand.
Just be careful of the DAE folder where you install it, cause I had the same kind of problem with Wave Bundle, it was install in My Profile Digidesign DAE folder but not in the Common Users Digidesign DAE folder (I think the files are .rpm or .dsm something like that ,I don't remember). Hope it helps |
