How to disable midi input on instrument channel
Hi, I have a Nord Keyboard hooked to my rig doubling as a midi controller and also as an analog synth, so I alternate sometimes between sounds from the keyboard or virtual instruments.
The thing is unless I freeze or commit the VI are always picking up the midi generated by the keyboard, is there anyway to disable the input on the channel and have it just read what's already recorded? Just like selecting No Input on an audio channel... |

Re: How to disable midi input on instrument channel
Yes. There's a channel strip segment called "Instrument" that you must show in order to see the MIDI Input selector, MIDI Output selector, and MIDI Mute button.
