Hi
I am trying too connect my akai mpc 1000 to my m box 2. I have a feeling I need to get it set up as an instrument in order for this to work and tried setting it up in the setup / midi / midi studio section and selecting the manufacturer etc but this is not working. could someone please put me out of my misery and tell me the easiest way to get up and running so I can record my akai o 7.4 1. which connections should i use 2. what type of track do I use 3. how do i get pro tools 7.4 to recognise the akai 4. should i consider connecting straight to the laptop with USB(ridiculous quetsion i know) Any help would be greatly appreciated M |
