Default +/- (Nudge) keys no longer work in MIDI Editor

+/- (Nudge) keys on the numeric keyboard no longer work in the MIDI editor. They still work in the main EDIT window. In the MIDI Editor, however, when I use the +/- keys the cursor moves instead. I've been trying to figure this one out for days on end with no luck. I have keyboard focus on.

Any suggestions?

2 quick thoughts:
1) keyboard command focus is on the Midi Editor pain
2) the note is highlighted

you probably have done both

Thanks, but I do have some notes selected (you have to have the notes selected in the MIDI editor if you want to nudge them). Keyboard focus is on (tried it off too). Instead of MIDI notes being nudged, the cursor is advancing or retreating with the +/- keys. This behavior I think coincides with my update to 11.2.

I think this is a bug in 11.2. Curious if anyone else can confirm:

Can you nudge notes in the MIDI editor by the nudge value in PT 11.2 by using the +/- keys?

11.02 update here and I can nudge MIDI notes in the MIDI editor as well as on the main edit window with +/- on the numeric pad. I get the behaviour you are describing when I have the shift key pressed at the same time as I am pressing the +/- keys (if that helps at all).

It works fine here, at least on Maverick

This is happening to me too on 11.2
Nudge definitely not working in midi editor with +/- or <> keys.

With the note selected, hitting the nudge key moves the cursor. Not correct behaviour.

Bug?

This needs to be fixed! Not really discussed in the update to 11.2 that I can see.. Wish I had not updated now.. I use this all the time..
