You select the clips, and hit Shift+Command+K (Mac), or select Export clips as files from the Clip list pop-up.

With or without plugin settings?

Without:
If you're moving to another DAW, you'll want to make sure your edits/punches are all good with proper crossfades (remember autofades are done live and won't be a part of this process) then use the Consolidate Clip command to "flatten" your tracks. Then you can use the export command to get them out or just auto sort your Audio Files folder to see the files you just created.

If you want to have them with plugin processing, then you have to print them all to new tracks inside the PT mixer.

Hope this helps.
