Default Expanding IO\'s via lightpipe

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on using anything other than an ADAT 24 or AI3, for expanding the IO's on a digi 002/003 via optical cables.
I stumbled on to the rossetta 800 but that about 2300 bucks...
thanks

I got the PreSonus Digimax 96k. It works good and good price for what it is. Look in to it.

I'm using the newest model Presonus Digimax FS - it's killer! I've had unbelievable results, works great!

I like the Audient ASP 008 - 8 clear preamps with low cut. I've found it cleaner, faster and less "crunchy" than my (now retired) Presonus Digimax.
