Default How do I bounce several tracks at once?

I am preparing a session for someone to re-mix. They are not using Pro Tools, so I would like to simply export each track as an AIFF or WAV file. I do not have the option to export as OMF.

Any help would be appreciated.

The slow idea that may also be your best bet, would be to mute all but the first track, Bounce to disk, mute the first track and unmute track 2, bounce to disk again, mute track 2, unmute track 3, bounce to disk again... See the pattern? Could take a while, but would work for you

Wow, that is slow. You should consolidate all of your tracks so they are the same length and start at the same point, lets say bar 1 beat 1. Then select all tracks and use the "Export Regions as files" option in the Audio drop down menu. Make a new folder to put all of your files into. The other mixer should be able to pull in all of the files, drop them at the start of their session and go.

that is if you don´t use any RTAS plug-ins that must be incorporated into the exported files.

If you use you have to audiosuite them one plug-in a time, it´s still way faster then bouncing.
you can save the settings of the RTAS plug-in over to the Audiosuite equivalent
with a keybord shortcut apple + shift + S and select the setting directly in the Audiosuite plug.

That'll work, but it'd be better not to use Audiosuite, as it has to dither and reduce wordlength down to 24 bits after each pass, instead of staying 32 float throughout as the PT mixer does.

If you're using lots of plugins that you want to be captured, try this: Keep the first 16 audio tracks, and deactivate the rest. Assign the outputs of each track to its own bus (bus 1, bus 2...etc.), and create a new audio track with each bus as its input. Record the first 16 tracks, then deactivate them and the newly recorded tracks, then repeat with the 2nd batch. Then use export regions as files if you need to change file type, bit depth or sample rate. It's a little complicated and a pain to keep track of (especially if you have some routing to busses going on before you do it!), but it's quick.

I believe it's still the same.

Shift + Apple + k

Consolidate is still under the edit menu.
