M-Audio Audiophile/PTLE 7.1 hardware compatibility
Hi -
Don't know if this is the right place to post - I have an 002R that I use with PTLE 7.1 on my G4 Powerbook with external HD's. I go back and forth between two locations pretty regularly, and I'd like not to carry the 002R when I fly. I have an M-Audio Audiophile 2496 that I bought before I used PT - will this satisfy the hardware detection? If not, is there a way to make it work? It's on the list of approved hardware for M-Powered. It would be great to leave the 2496 and a mic pre in one place and keep the 002R in the other - this is pretty much just songwriting at this point. I've tried searching for this but can't seem to make the search specific enough to cut down the number of replies to a usable number. Many thanks, Myles
