Please read the "Pro Tools 6.9 Read Me" file for information on this behavior.

It might have been nice to just cut and paste the appropriate section from the "Read Me" file so when other users search on this topic they have an answer instead of the run-around...

The Pro Tools 6.9 Read Me file can be found in:

MacHD>Applications>Digdesign>Documentation>Pro Tools

The reason I did not copy and paste the relevant section to get new users in the habit of reading the documentation before posting questions reqarding 'issues' that are clearly documented already. We have gone through the trouble of documenting this specifically to AVOID people posting here asking those very same questions.

Essentially, I'm trying to help YOU help yourself.
