Help with Megatron voice

Howdy all. Does anyone know the best way/plug-in to take a voice over clip and make it sound low and robotic...i.e. Megatron or Optimus Prime from Transformers? I can also send someone a clip of what I need "transformed" if that works too...it's real short. Thanks!
