Default Behringer MX802A and 002 rack?

Hey guys,

An offer for a Behringer MX802A has come up and is tempting. My only question is, would there be any problem chaining this to a 002 rack via TRS outputs, and would I be choosing the Main mix or Control Room outputs on the Behringer for this?

Thanks

To do this right you should look for at the very least a 4-bus mixer. An 8-bus would be ideal, though, with 16 inputs minimum.

I own this mixer. I absolutely never use it. Save your money. And if you need a mixer I bought the xynyx2442FX for like 300 bucks new, and it has 16 channels, 10 mic pre's, and 8 direct outs, 4 subs and usable 24 bit effects. Just a suggestion.

I realize you didn't ask what I wrote, so to answer your question, I would use the Main Mix out to have more control of what you routing through it.

Ah. Thanks. Think I shall turn it down, however.

If it were really cheap, then one thing you can do with it, which I have a friend that does, is run his monitors from it and it gives another headphone out to use.
