FOCUSRITE FORTE: Help! Xtreme noise with PT12
Please help if you have any suggestions, I have just loaded PT12 and all the latest updates, however whenever I attempt to load any song into it, my Focusrite Forte makes so much noise, you would think that we are being invaded by an 'alien race!' I have a number of other DAWs that all work seemlessly with the Forte, I'm only having this problem with PT!
Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks. Native : i7 Intel rig, 32GB ram. |

Re: FOCUSRITE FORTE: Help! Xtreme noise with PT12
Not enough info to help.
#1-is this a new problem(IOW, the system worked great with an older version of PT)? #2-is the Forte selected to be the "audio engine", and if so, have you set Windows to NOT use the Forte as the default audio playback device?
