Not sure if this helps what you are asking about or not...
As far as European keyboard shortcuts that were broken in 6.7, update to Pro Tools TDM 6.7cs8: http://www.digidesign.com/download/cs/67cs8/hdmac/ Or better still, to Pro Tools 6.9, which includes all of the previous CS fixes as well as new features: http://www.digidesign.com/download/69/
