Default Fast Track Ultra 8R

Does anyone know if it is possible to assign each of the 8 inputs to a separate output? I am trying to have my interface be the first connection in a live sound application. I then need to have each input have a separate output to go to the mixing board.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
