Default Midi notes disappear

Ok guys,

In PT7 I have noticed when I select midi notes in either a midi or instrument track, they disappear?

Anyone else have this issue?

Neil.

Not disappearing...just filling in with such a light color, it seems to disappear with a white(ish) background. Sucks, eh?

Hi I think I sussed it.

When I changed in the operations tab on Prefs the default colour settings, it seems to have fixed it.??

I had this concern also. Reinstalled PT and all seemed ok for a while but it's back.

OK This is really annoying now I mean imagine trying to reada sentance and some of the letters were white against the white background. I'm programming some MIDI in protools at the second and I cant see anything when I want to move a MIDI note!!
A Quick CS update for this please..

I'll pipe up again on this one

...and this issue digi.

I need help. Have just copied a groove to the groove clipboard from a 4 bar audio loop. I have then opened up Midi Operations Grid/Groove Quantise and tried to quantise a 4 bar midi drum pattern to the groove stored in the groove clipboard.

For a start Apply is not lit up when I have the timing and duration ticked. Secondly if I try to choose Quantise grid to Groove Clipboard from the dropdown menu as soon as I click the menu I get an error message that says this.

Assertion in "code\aztec_Staley\AlturaPorts\NewFileLibs\Sys\Sys _FileLoc line 85

What the?

Anyone know what this is?

Neil.

Sorry to hijack this thread!

Never heard of someone hijacking their own thread before!

Any answers Digi? I could possibly post a screen shot but not for a while, can someone else?
