IKMultimedia.com

Click "Support" on the menu at the top.

then click:
"Access the User Area here".

Login and you should be able to download updates for the products that you are registered for.

Funny how people are looking for the same thing at the same time. I just figured out yesterday that t-racks eq wasn't saving settings. I found this out while setting up my new studio with brand new software and hardware - however I did not bother to install the new versions of the t-racks. I kept the version I already had from my original hardware a few years ago. I am going to install the new software when I get back to the studio and see if that solves the problem. In the event that it does not I found the following link last night after leaving the studio that looks like it will:

http://www.digidesign.com/download/plugs/bun/

Hope that helps.

With the demo versions of IK plugs, like those that came in the Ignition Pack, you have to remember to save every setting to IK's proprietary library for that plug (not the shared library like with most plugs), and reload from there for each instance every time you open the session. It's a pain, but that's free crippleware for ya. Sounds so good, it's easily worth putting up with, IMO. Can't wait to be able to afford the whole TRackS package for real.

That is true, unless you install the updates that are available that solve that problem. That's what we're talking about.

Hey guys, great info, this has been bugging me ever since i started using it! Something simple to fix luckily. I'll do the update . . . however . . . I have the same issue with Amplitube LE on my system. Each time I open session, I need to go back in and choose the previous settings that i had. Any thoughts on this one?

thanks

TDub

Same solution: get the update. There are updates for all 3 IKMultimedia plugins that came in the original free bundle; T-Racks EQ, Amplitube LE, and Sampletank SE

Well, that's the best news I've heard in a year.

Running the default Modify option of the installer didn't change anything. The Reinstall option worked. But now the program acts a little buggy. For example, after making changes to an IK plug and saving the session, if I close the session, the whole program quits. I trashed my digibase folders and prefs, but that didn't solve it.
