options with Lion ?
Ive recently brought an I Mac with Lion OS.
i read in a few threads protools 8 was usable with Lion?? im just wondering exactly what my options are. What versions of Protools are usable officially or unofficially. Was there ever a conclusion? ive PT8 and its sad to see i cant use it? Any help is great, as i have a u-beaut hot Imac and no protools on it. i dont have any partitions on any drives for another OS, ive never done that dont know how. thanks, manis protools 8, mbox IMac 3.1 gig i5, 8 gig ram, lion 10.7.3

why dont you try 8 on it and see if it works. You will need to install 8.0.1 or 8.0.3 and then 8.0.5 if you are on LE. IF you are not on LE, the 8.0.4 seems to be working for some on the Duc.
9.0.5 and 10 are officially supported on Lion 10.7.3. Chris
