Yep, been in my arsenal for several months now, its a very clever plug, does stuff other plugs can't do, well not in one package anyway.

They also have some cool new stuff due out soon!

Yes,

I've only run it on my MacBook Pro RTAS so far but the TDM version's supposed to UB as well.
I've run the TDM version on PC and they do work and sound a bit different (TDM and RTAS) but it is a great EQ.
