Why My Code From the Booklet doesn\'t Work?
I'm trying to download PT 6.4 for Windows XP. I have used this code many times to download Mac versions. The code which is on the inside of my booklet says PT TDM code for MAC OS X / WIN XP so I'm baffled as to why when I go to the archive download section and try to download the Windows XP 6.4.1 version which they say needs a code that starts with DIGI06 (which I'm using) it gives me an invalid autorization. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Are you entering the code EXACTLY as you see it, including upper and lower case letters and spaces?

Name, address and email address that the system would be registered under. The exact code that you are trying to enter. I'll be able to troubleshoot from there and reply directly to you.

The activation code inside my 002R manual had a group of digits and what looked like a space between it and the next group.
Turns out it was two spaces between instead of one. Hope this helps. GregJ
