Is there stereo mastering software for mac?
I have been mastering for a while on PC with sound forge, using the direct x plug in chainer. It makes things quite easy to be able to use my waves and other plugs, set them and bypass them all in a chain. Is there comparable software(besides t-racks) that will allow me to do this on my powerbook/mbox rig. I want to use waves if possible. I know I can do it on pt but don't want to have to real time bounce every time I finish a setting for a song.
Also, along with Sound Forge is CD Architect, the coolest damn CD assembly program. Very similar to pt, just two tracks. Is there something like this that will run on mac. Virtual PC does not work very well when trying to run these programs. Please send help. Thanks |

Thanks DeFuse. Anyone else have other ideas or comments on Spark & Peak?
