free upgrade problem, could anyone help me please?

I am a user from hong kong, I have just bought the pro tools 9 + mini Mbox on 14-3-2012 on tsang fook music store hong kong, and have already registered on 23-3-2012

And the store staff and avid official site both told me I can have a free upgrade to PT 10

but, I have still not recieved any email about the upgrade.

have anyone face this before?

I have already checked everyday.
But, still nothing.

It is very strange that when I registered the product it was no need to enter my avid account information. So, it means I need not my account to registered.

So, I am so confused that why everyone ask me to check my account?

Hello,

We only see a registration for the Mbox Mini unit. You will need to register the Pro Tools 9 software. There should be a separate registration card in the Pro Tools 9 software box. After you do that, you should receive an e-mail for the upgrade to Pro Tools 10.

on that card I can't find any serial no. or registration ID?
