If anyone has run into this, on our rig, we have user accounts for all our engineers.
One engineer installed Sample Tank 2 and it works fine, except any other user who logs in and trys to start Pro Tools experiences a 'hang' at the loading of the ST2 plugin. Removing the plugin from the plugins folder will allow the other engineers to run Pro Tools, but without ST2. I'm sure this is a permissions related problem, but I have tried to change the permissions on all the files and folders I could find which appear to be related to the plugin and it still only works for the user who installed it. Anyone out there have a solution? |
