digi 002 power on issues-only one relay click

I have recently been having a problem with my 002R powering on. When I power it on I only get one relay click and the unit doesn't get recognized by the computer. The 44/1 green light comes on and also the 1394 light. if I cycle the power on/off/on serveal times it will eventually power on correctly and connects to the computer (might take 15 tries sometimes). when it powers on correctly it has 3 relay clicks and goes straight to 48k yellow light and 1394 light doesnt come on till i start pro tools. Has anyone else had this problem? Yes I replaced the power supply about 10 years ago when that issue came about and digi sent me a free replacement. It also has black lion signature mod, which was done a few years ago. I have also taken all power connections off and cleaned with contact cleaner. no change, unit still acts same. Has anyone else had this intermittent problem? Thanks in advance!

I would contact BLA and see if they will diagnose and repair(I think you have done everything in your power already). Worst case, pick up a used 003(rack versions are under $300 now).
