Keith McMillen K-Mix with Pro Tools

Does anyone here use the K-Mix with PT?
I am ok the latest Sierra and PT 12.6 and PT does see the K-Mix but I only get sound out of output 1&2 and not 3 through 10. The I/O is set correctly (to the K-Mix defaults). any ideas?
