Flux Pure Analyzer on an X61

Hello,
I have two X61 Tablet computers that I use to run Systune and System Architect. I have attempted to load flux onto both of them with no success. While they meet the minimum requirements, they don't exceed them by much. The install process goes fine but both seem to lock up while booting the program. It doesn't appear to be an ilok issue, because I get an error without an ilok installed. Has anyone has success on getting flux up and running on an older machine specifically in this thinkpad line?
