Eleven Rack Won't Connect

I recently rebuilt my system and had to install my pro tools/eleven rack software again. I installed pro tools version 8.0.3 and have the latest firmware update for my eleven rack. Well everytime I open pro tools I get the "communication error" box and it asks me if I'd like to re-connect. I say ok, but the same result.

I've installed the 8.0.4 then the 8.0.5 updates and still the same result. I haven't been able to use my eleven rack with pro tools since I rebuilt my machine. I've tried rebuilding several times and reinstalling, but the same exact result. The strange thing is that pro tools worked perfectly with eleven rack before I rebuilt my machine. I was running 8.0.3 with 1.0.3 firmware. Any ideas?

BTW- I'm running this with Windows XP.
