unable to install Pro Tools and Ableton

Hello everybody,

I'm French, so please excuse me if I don't speak very well...

I have received for last Christmas an electric piano named "Keystation 61 MK 3" without any explanations paper. I have found on Internet the User Guide : https://www.modesdemploi.fr/m-audio/...e-d-emploi?p=1

This document explains that I need to install two softwares : Pro Tools and Ableton Live Lite. My computer can't install these softwares (see the error messages in attachment).

I will be very grateful to anyone who can help me, knowing that I'm not an expert in computer science...

Hello and welcome to the forum.

First of all, you do not need to install both Ableton and ProTools. M-Audio offers a version of Ableton to you, but again, you do not need to install it and it is not needed for either your keyboard controller or ProTools to work.

I'm not sure where you received the ProTools installer, but it appears that it may be corrupt. Please download the latest installer from your Avid account and try installing again.
