S1 power switch sometimes doesn't turn off
More an oddity than anything else, but has anyone else noticed this? I have 3 S1s, and sometimes I need to power cycle one of them; I've noticed that occasionally the power switch on the unit doesn't actually do anything; you turn it off, but the unit stays *on*. I need to physically unplug the power supply from the unit to get it to power cycle - I've noticed this on all three units. Not the end of the world, but seems weird, no?

This means the unit has crashed for some reason. The power switch is a soft switch, it tells software (EuControl) it's about to shutdown etc. If the S1 has crashed it doesn't respond.

Thanks for that Eddie - kinda sorta makes sense, though the power switch is usually the last resort for a crashed piece of hardware - I guess here it's the power plug. Certainly not a big deal. Anyway, thanks for the explanation!
