Is There A Better Way TO Export Audio/Bounce Audio
Is There A more efficient Way TO Export Audio/Bounce Audio? I dislike the way protools bounces audio, it plays back the whole song. While this is fine if i am bouncing a whole mixed down track, This can be VERY monotonous and time consuming if I need to export each individual channel (which I usually do in my line of work). Is there a quicker way to export audio (the way Reason, Acid, Cubase etc. do it) or even better...is there a way to bounce each channel individually with one command?

Re: Is There A Better Way TO Export Audio/Bounce Audio
Auditory,
Welcome to the board.. Yes, there is a quicker way. Highlight the track/s in question on the "region list" plane (right side of the edit window), once they're selected you can "export selected as.." from the title bar. You'll be given choices for destination directory, format, etc.. good luck,

Re: Is There A Better Way TO Export Audio/Bounce Audio
Just be aware that Exporting the file is just that - exporting the file. There will be no RTAS or Automation applied, no mixing of any kind. For what it's worth, if you wanted the Bit and Sample rate to stay the same, you could just open up the Audio File folder in the session and drag/copy out the files you wanted.
Cheers,
