Default ProTools 6.9, What Mac OS?

Where can I find info on what OS that's supported? 10.3.8? Maybe even 10.3.9?
Also I can't seem to find a deeper specifiation on this update, is the DAE reworked etc?

Thanks in advance,

Erik

I think you have to wait that Digi will update its compatibility page.
Downloading the update you get a 16 pages of a detailed pdf about 6.9.
I've already done but now I am in the middle of a pj and before install it I prefer to wait for a csXXXX

How about 10.4? Guess I will find out in 13 days if it works or not.

Mac OSX 10.4 has been in testing at Digi for a few months now. Pro Tools 6.9 will not work with 10.4 until we update 6.9 with some fixes for 10.4 compatibility. This updated version of Pro Tools 6.9 will be available soon. Please check the Digi website in the next few days for the official word on ship dates.

thanks.

Is it OK to update OS after installing 6.9? or should OS be updated (10.3.4 -> 10.3.8) before installing 6.9?

I would update the OS first, then install 6.9

That is correct. Update the OS first if you have the choice.
