Default How to stop 11r's direct signal to my monitors?

I haven't used 11r as my main interface until this week (using the usb out). I'm using Logic 9, fwiw. Of course, I have my monitors plugged into the main outs of the 11r, but it's always sending signal to those monitors, rather than just when I hit record or monitor on an audio track. That means I'm always hearing BOTH the direct signal and the Logic-mediated signal while tracking.

How do I stop this? (Thanks in advance.)

Unfortunately it can't be done at this point in time. Your only solution is to turn off input monitoring in Logic.

I would like to see this get fixed soon, I would imagine it's an easy fix

Geez. That is a MAJOR MAJOR issue for the 11r as an interface.

There is a way! But it's not that elegant.

Start up Pro Tools, and after that is loaded launch Logic Pro. When you arm a track in Logic you will hear sound.

The way this works is that Pro Tools tells your 11R to stop sending the audio to the monitors. When you then record enable a track in Logic it just works fine :)
The only 'problem' I had with this solution is that Pro Tools uses 25% of my CPU for on reason or another :)
