11r and Logic... HUGE issue (spontaneous latency and intonation shift)
Sometimes when I fire up Logic and use the 11r as the interface (well, the 11r is set for input, the Apogee Duet for output), there's more latency than at other times. Well, tonight I was working on a song and while I was playing, there was all of a sudden a huge amount of latency and things even shifted out of tune for a few seconds.
I assume that at least the intonation thing is a sample rate thing, right? But how? And why does the latency sometimes increase w/o a change in intonation?

Are you sure you're not using to many plugins? Also check your activity monitor to see what is going on on your computer.

It's not too many plugins.
Hmmmmm.... I wonder if it was an example of too many of the SAME plugin. I'll get back with you on that. But the CPU seemed to be fine...
