Avid MOJO + PT9 HD + WinXP64
Guys,
just for your records... I upgraded our ProtoolsHD 7 to PT9HD. We upgraded OS to Win7 ultimate 64bit and installed ProTools, with Avid engine, etc... bla bla bla. Everything by the book. Drivers, then application, then updates , firmwares, etc. 1st problem - MOJO updated firmware, but no video output firewire was possible - option menu's grayed out. Then we had several problems with playback buffer, and so, we had to turn back to Protools 8 HD. 2nd problem - Mojo now is not recognized. Turn around: After several attempts I got it working: Install PT9 Avid engine; Install ProTools 8 Hd MOJO video firewire output is ok now! important note: this system is a PT HD 1 PCI, in PCI slot, and FW card in PCIe bus. It's working fine now. Buffer errors might be from this setup... super Jorge Hora Audiopro PATO|interactiveSoundDesign |
