Did you happen to ctrl click on it, and put it in solo safe mode?

Yep,
Control clicking it will take it out of SOLO SAFE mode. Also, good habit to get into if you do not already do it is SOLO SAFE your AUX tracks that have effects on it. That way when you solo something that has a send to an effect, it will still be heard when solo'd. Otherwise, you may have too much verb and not realize it.

Cool

Yeah it would. If it's part of a group you can hit ctrl right click instead , to just do it to one track.

Damn Doc, you so fast!!!
