These 2 plug-ins are so good and seriously cheap at $44.99 for both, I wouldn’t be peeved if the company stopped supporting them at midnight tonight, because they already sound really good in Pro Tools.

It seems they are trying to attract new customers, a bunch of them actually.

I've stayed away from their plugins for a while as they are pricey (makes sense why) and I am blown away that they would discount them like this.

Is this the first time they put their plugins on sale? Like in 2022 first time?

I bought a few of them on the previous sale, last month or so was it?

Stupidly I bought them from a 3rd party seller and not direct which I always prefer to do. I thought it was an exclusive sale through this 3rd party site..

Now I know they offer their on sale products directly on their website.. I am buying the Channel Strip and Buss Comp from the SSL website this time.

Last time for the channelstrip/buscomp was when I got them; late 2020, I think. same price $49.
Then the past year, the rest of the native line, one at a time, $29-49, I think, or thereabouts.
I'm certainly not worried about them "abandoning their plugins" like it's said in the other thread.

Remember, if you plan to get the UC1 controller, it comes with the ch.strip/comp licenses. They sound wonderful and together with the controller, it's really great.

As a long time SSL hardware user and software user as well as a beta tester they are definitely not abandoning anything but again have moved on from certain pieces they can’t support… The SSL sigma which I love is no longer being manufactured so I am crossing my fingers that the plug-in component for it will continue to work I intentionally bought it earlier Mac M one for the Big Sur compatibility with the Sigma

All in all I would recommend anyone to buy this bundle for such a great deal it just works and it’s probably one of the best sounding SSL plug-ins out there… Yes the waves one is emulating an older consul but this one works on everything almost

These are fantastic and I only recall them being this price once before in 2020 like mentioned above.

The bus compressor really is that good. And no fake analog junk. I think this is the same or very similar code they use in their digital consoles. Clean but well thought out and effective.

I don't usually use channel strips but this is likewise a great one.
