Hanging on Initializing Midi Engine

Hey Everyone,

Having the weirdest issue today, Pro Tools is Hanging on The Initializing Midi Engine, and after about 5 mins it will kick into the dashboard after saying that devices were not longer available. The weird thing is, going to the Mac Audio/Midi Setup app, the midi studio window will not open and will become Not Responding.

I suspect a driver is corrupt or something, but I have no idea how to trouble shoot the midi side of Mac OS.
Running Catalina and Pro Tools 2021.21

Ive tried reinstalling Pro Tools and trashing Prefs, but no luck. I think its a Mac OS issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, What interface/MIDI devices are you using? Can you restore Catalina back to a point when it was working?
