from checking the answerbase - it could be DAE memory allocation and/or drive fragmentation/directory structure problems.

As I understand it, sometimes a session just gets corrupted. I dont know whether this has anything to do with your error, but if you copied all the files into a new session chances are it would be ok. I have had a problem where a session had a graphical glitch at 3/1/000. It sounds fine but the play head stops for about 1 or 2 seconds, all metering stutters, and the counter stops and then it all just jumps to where it should be. Theres nothing at location 3/1/000. Oh well, its just that one session so...

love666, it can't be the DAE, since all other songs work, and have worked fine. The drive has been optimized, and the directory structure is as intact as the other files.
Any other ideas?
