Focusrite has informed us that this item has an unusually long shipping delay. Be assured we'll get it as quick or quicker than anyone else. Call your Sales Engineer, who can give you the most up-to-date details and possibly offer you alternatives that would ship sooner. We have a great relationship with Focusrite and we'll receive this item as soon or sooner than anyone else in the country. We have the best service team in the industry, and free tech support for everything we sell. Call now. We promise you'll have it soon.
This doesn't seem to be available yet. Wonder if it'll hit before melodyne DNA technology?

Apparently these are just a repackage of the freebie things they ship with their Saffire interfaces. Not sure that would be of any real interest to anyone.

LAME!!!

A friend of mine forwarded me his conversation with Focusrite on the issue.

-------
Hi..
The following web page is faulty. http://www.focusrite.com/products/software/scarlett/
There is no info on the new Scarlett plug-in product showing on the page just the name.
I was keen to find out more and work out how to but the but no such luck on your website.
Also not a good look.. and a search on Scarlett on the website comes up with zero entries. Ah gain not a good thing.
If you wanna sell them you need to sort this out.. Just a suggestion ;-)

------

Hi Steve

Thanks for your email.

The Scarlett Plugin Suite is currently only available to purchase in the US, which is why the decision have been taken to only have the product information on the US version of our website, and not on the Global version. If and when the product becomes available outside of the US, I'm sure that more information will become available on our website. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Best regards

Andy Poole

I don't get the logic of a USA only release. Why would they care where it went? I think the next millennium might get here before DNA
