Default Protools LE and OXygen 8 midi controlloer how use?

Hello fellow Protool mates,

I was wondering if anyone know how to access the oxygen 8 controler knobs through Protools LE and use them to control things like the panning and volume of the tracks.
Is there a manual way to do this?
Where do I go exactly to set this up?
Is it only possible to do this with the Command 8 and other compatible midi controllers?
Is something I can download to allow me to use the Oxygen 8 controller? If so what is the address?
A good friend of mine told me you can do this in Nuendo and you can control just about anything with an external controller.

Thank you for reading.
Kind Regards,
Ged
